The APCRDA Secretariat & HOD Offices are the upcoming government administrative infrastructure development planned at Rayapudi in Amaravati. The project will create integrated office infrastructure for government departments and administrative operations within the capital region.

Project Overview:

Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) is actively developing the Secretariat & HOD Offices project at Rayapudi in Amaravati. The project will have a total construction area of above 2,000,000 SqFt. The estimated construction cost stands at 2,166 INR-Crore, including Civil Works Cost of 1,423 INR-Crore and MEP Works Cost of 743 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, APCRDA commenced construction activities in 2025 and plans to complete the project by 2028.

The development comprises two high-rise office towers configured as 39 storeys above ground. It is planned as a large-scale administrative complex. The towers will also integrate government office spaces, circulation infrastructure, utility systems, and supporting building services within a consolidated campus. Meanwhile, Colliers International (India) Property Services Private Limited is serving as the program and project management consultant for the development. Additionally, Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Private Limited is appointed as the EPC contractor.

Recent Updates:

As of May 2026, construction is nearing completion of foundation works for Tower 1, while structural works have commenced for the other tower. Simultaneously, APCRDA has floated the tender for the appointment of a contractor to execute MEP works.
