Dalcore has awarded an estimated 225 INR-Crore construction contract to B L Gupta Construction (P) Ltd for The Falcon Gurugram, a luxury residential project in Sector 53, Gurugram. The company announced the contract award on Wednesday, June 3. The project marks Dalcore’s entry into Gurugram’s luxury housing segment and is being developed in partnership with YOO Inspired by Starck. The development has an estimated revenue potential of 1,450 INR-Crore and a total development value of approximately 500 INR-Crore.
The Falcon Gurugram will be developed on an anticipated 2 Acres along Golf Course Road. The project will comprise a single 39-storey residential tower rising up to 165 M. It will offer a built-up area of approximately 0.5 Million-SqFt. The development will house 96 ultra-luxury residences, including 93 apartments and 3 penthouses. Unit sizes will range from 3,446 SqFt to 4,122 SqFt. Under the contract, B L Gupta Construction will execute the civil and structural works. Additionally, the project will feature a low-density layout with only three residences per floor. Residents will have access to private arrival experiences, panoramic city views and high-speed elevator systems.

The Falcon Gurugram is expected to add premium residential inventory along Golf Course Road. The project will also strengthen luxury housing development in Gurugram’s established residential corridor. Furthermore, the partnership with YOO Inspired by Starck introduces an internationally recognised design brand to the NCR’s luxury real estate market.
