The Rohini serviced apartment project will cater to business travellers, corporate professionals, expatriates, NRIs, medical tourists, and long-stay residents. The development will strengthen the serviced residential segment in the national capital.
The project will comprise nearly 500 premium serviced apartments. Additionally, Migsun Group will incorporate hospitality-inspired amenities, wellness facilities, concierge services, business support infrastructure, and lifestyle offerings. The project site offers connectivity to major commercial hubs and business districts across Delhi. Further, the location is approximately 20 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Once completed, the Rohini serviced apartment project will expand Delhi’s inventory of professionally managed residential accommodation. The development will also support growing demand for premium serviced living spaces in the capital’s hospitality and real estate markets.
