The State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) has approved 24 investment proposals worth an estimated 3,793.33 INR-Crore across 14 districts in Odisha. The Odisha investment proposals span manufacturing, textiles and apparel, clean energy, advanced materials, tourism, hospitality, and logistics sectors. The projects are expected to generate nearly 20,000 jobs across the state.
The approved projects include an apparel manufacturing unit by Nandraj Textiles Pvt Ltd in Khurda. The project carries an investment of 168.64 INR-Crore and will create 10,306 jobs. Meanwhile, Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd will establish a knitted garments manufacturing facility in Sambalpur. The company will invest 145.5 INR-Crore in the project. Additionally, CESC Green Power Ltd will set up a Battery Energy Storage System manufacturing facility in Dhenkanal. The project involves an investment of 683.83 INR-Crore. AVP Star Pvt Ltd will also develop a lab-grown diamond manufacturing facility in Khurda. The company will invest 500 INR-Crore in the project. Further, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd secured approval for a 300 INR-Crore expansion of its facility in Khurda. Koshal Ceramics Pvt Ltd will expand its refractory products unit in Jharsuguda with an investment of 275.07 INR -Crore. Swosti Premium Ltd will develop a five-star resort in Koraput with an investment of 250 gore rore. The authority also approved logistics infrastructure projects worth more than 215 INR-Crore in Sambalpur and Balangir.

Once implemented, the Odisha investment proposals will strengthen industrial, logistics, and tourism infrastructure across multiple districts. The projects will also support geographically balanced industrial growth and expand manufacturing capacity across key sectors in the state.
