The Andhra Pradesh Government has approved the construction of a new AP Bhavan in New Delhi at an estimated cost of 105.5 INR-Crore. The project will be executed by NBCC (India) Limited under a turnkey contract. The approval forms part of the company’s order book announced during the first quarter of FY 2026–27.
NBCC has been awarded the planning, design, engineering, and construction of the new AP Bhavan project Delhi. The proposed development will have a total built-up area of nearly 2.5 Lakh-SqFt. The project will provide modern administrative offices, accommodation facilities, and supporting infrastructure for the Andhra Pradesh government in the national capital. The project cost excludes GST and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) charges.

Once completed, the AP Bhavan project Delhi will strengthen Andhra Pradesh’s administrative infrastructure in New Delhi. It will also provide modern office and residential facilities for government officials and visitors.
