Trehan IRIS will invest around 1,300 INR-Crore to develop Omara, a luxury wellness residential project in Sector 80, Gurugram. The under-construction project is spread across an anticipated 5.08 Acres. Trehan IRIS acquired the land through a government auction for around 200 INR-Crore. The development has been registered under a single RERA phase and is expected to be completed within four to five years.
Trehan IRIS Omara will comprise three residential towers rising up to 45 floors. The project will offer 320 golf-facing residences in 3.5 and 4.5 BHK configurations. Apartment sizes will range from approximately 3,250 SqFt to 4,150 SqFt. Additionally, the development will feature a 1.25 lakh SqFt clubhouse, including a 55,000 SqFt wellness club. The project will also include co-working spaces, a music studio, mindfulness areas, a car-free podium, home automation systems, and an in-home air quality control system. Further, the development targets WELL v2 and IGBC Platinum certifications.

The Trehan IRIS Omara project will add premium residential inventory to Gurugram’s luxury housing market. Furthermore, it will expand wellness-focused residential infrastructure along the NH-48 and Dwarka Expressway corridor. The development reflects continued investment in high-end housing projects across Gurugram.
