Inox Wind secures 1,600 INR-Crore repeat wind energy order from NLC India

Inox Wind Limited (IWL) has secured a repeat order worth 1,600 INR-Crore from NLC India Limited (NLC India). The order covers the supply of 200 MW wind turbine generators. Inox Wind will execute the project on a turnkey basis. The company expects to commission the project within 24 months from the date of the Letter of Award (LoA).

The scope of work includes the supply of wind turbine generators along with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services. Additionally, Inox Wind will undertake post-commissioning operations and maintenance services. The company will manage the project from equipment supply through commissioning and long-term operational support.

The Inox Wind NLC India order further strengthens the company’s order pipeline in the renewable energy sector. Following this repeat order, Inox Wind’s order book has reached 4.7 GW. The portfolio comprises projects from independent power producers (IPPs), commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and other clients. The project also supports the continued expansion of India’s wind power infrastructure.
