Rustomjee launches 400 INR-Crore Ozone Skye residential project in Goregaon West

Rustomjee has launched Ozone Skye, a premium residential development in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The project carries a gross development value of approximately 400 INR-Crore. Located on S.V. Road, the development will comprise a 50-storey residential tower. The project will offer 158 residences across 1, 2 and 3 BHK configurations.

Ozone Skye will feature sky amenities across the 49th and 50th floors. The project will include landscaped sky decks, fitness and recreation zones, and an outdoor theatre. Further, upcoming infrastructure projects will support connectivity across the western suburbs.
