Elevate Homes, the residential development platform of global investment firm Hines and Conscient Infrastructure, has entered into an agreement to develop an anticipated 2 Million-SqFt in Gurugram.
This project is an addition to their two ongoing developments in Gurugram and Delhi. The estimated cost of the project is 4,000 INR-Crore. It will span nearly 10.5 Acres offering over 600 expansive 3 and 4 BHK configurations across two phases.

Elevate Homes has introduced this project as a third instalment of the ongoing two projects in Gurugram and Delhi. Earlier, Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited (TIHL, an Adventz company), Hines, Conscient and HDFC Capital entered into a partnership to develop an anticipated area of 3 Million-SqFt in the center of Delhi.
