Kesar India Limited has secured the Zee Enterprises EPC contract worth an estimated 160 INR-Crore for a residential project in Siddharth Nagar, Byculla, Central Mumbai. The company announced the contract award on Friday, May 22.
The proposed development will include residential infrastructure works as part of a large-scale housing project in Central Mumbai. Under the contract, Kesar India will undertake engineering, procurement and construction activities for the project. Additionally, the company will execute the works within the defined project timeline of 24 months.

The Kesar EPC contract will strengthen ongoing residential development activity in Mumbai’s central region. It will also add to the company’s EPC order book in the urban housing segment.
