PNC Infratech signs concession agreements for 3,483 INR-Crore HAM highway projects in Uttar Pradesh

PNC Infratech has signed concession agreements with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for two Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) highway projects in Uttar Pradesh. The projects carry a combined bid cost of an estimated 3,483 INR-Crore. The concession agreements were executed on July 16, 2026. PNC Infratech will implement both projects through special purpose vehicles (SPVs) incorporated by the company.

The first project, valued at 1,728 INR-Crore, involves the construction of a four-lane highway from Barabanki to Mustafabad on NH-927 under the NH(O) Scheme (Package-I). Barabanki Mustafabad Highway will execute the project. The second project carries a bid cost of 1,755 INR-Crore. It covers the construction of a four-lane highway from Mustafabad to Biswariya on NH-927 under the NH(O) Scheme (Package-II). Mustafabad Biswariya Highway Private Ltd will execute the project. Both highway projects have a construction period of 24 months from the respective appointed dates. Thereafter, the SPVs will operate the assets for 15 years.

The PNC Infratech HAM projects will strengthen highway infrastructure along the NH-927 corridor in Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, the projects will expand the state’s four-lane road network under the Hybrid Annuity Mode. The concession agreements also mark the next phase of project execution following NHAI’s award of the contracts.
