TVS Emerald has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an anticipated 4 Acres land parcel in Noombal, West Chennai. The proposed residential project has an estimated booking value of approximately 1,000 INR-Crore. According to the company, the development will offer a saleable area of 0.82 Million-SqFt. The project is located along the Koyembedu–Poonamallee corridor, a rapidly developing residential corridor in West Chennai.
The TVS Emerald West Chennai project will be developed on a 4 Acres site at Noombal. The project will comprise contemporary residential units supported by planned open spaces and lifestyle amenities. Additionally, the development will incorporate sustainable community planning. The proposed project will deliver a total saleable area of 0.82 Million-SqFt.

The TVS Emerald West Chennai project will add new residential inventory to the Koyembedu–Poonamallee corridor.
