The Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) has approved the development of a residential project. This marks the first urban development project undertaken in Andhra Pradesh in recent years.
VMRDA has identified 4.07 Acres of land near Pebble Towers, Madhurpada. In this project, six 50-storey buildings will be developed, while the cost for the same has not been confirmed. It will feature 3, 4, and 5 BHK duplex apartments. Furthermore, it will offer amenities like a clubhouse, a jogging park and cycling track, a swimming pool with a deck, and a children’s play area, among others.

VMRDA has also approved residential development projects for the Middle-Income Group (MIG) in various parts of the city, including Midhilapuri (Madhurawada), Marikavalasa, and Vepagunta. These will feature 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments.
