Puravankara to redevelop 8 Chembur societies in 2,100 INR-crore Mumbai project

Bengaluru-based real estate firm Puravankara Ltd has bagged a major redevelopment contract in Chembur, Mumbai. The company will redevelop eight housing societies sprawling an anticipated 4 Acres of land. The project will cover 1.2 Million-SqFt with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of 2,100 INR-Crore.

The Puravankara Chembur redevelopment will include premium housing. It will also rehabilitate 143 existing apartments. Consequently benefiting new buyers and current residents. This is Puravankara’s second project in Chembur. Earlier, the company launched Purva Clermont in the same area.

This marks a key milestone in Puravankara’s redevelopment strategy. Notably, the firm has already completed several projects in Mumbai. Moreover, it has ongoing developments in Breach Candy, Pali Hill, and Lokhandwala. These locations are among the city’s most premium zones.
