Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) initiates a new multi-level flyover project and grade separators at Rethibowli and Nanalnagar in Hyderabad. The move comes under the H-CITI project and is a step to ease traffic near Mehdipatnam and Gachibowli. The government has allocated an estimated 398 INR-Crore for execution.
Out of the total cost, approximately 220 INR-Crore is reserved for flyover construction and separators. The balance covers land purchase, utility shifting, and consultancy. In addition, authorities have released an RFP under National Competitive bidding. The project will follow EPC mode, ensuring speed and efficiency. Hence, Hyderabad will soon see a modern flyover project.

Furthermore, engineers have designed this flyover in Hyderabad in two levels. One level will handle Mehdipatnam–Tolichowki traffic. The other level will serve Langar Houz–Mehdipatnam vehicles. Consequently, the new flyover will reduce traffic congestion, improve vehicle movement across junctions, and create smoother connectivity
