The Maharashtra Government signed nine MoUs worth an estimated 80,962 INR-Crore with steel and allied companies, a major outcome of the steel conclave. As a result, these investments will generate 40,300 jobs across Vidarbha, Marathwada, and Konkan. The agreements were signed at the Steel Mahakumbh in Goregaon, Mumbai, organized by All India Induction Furnaces Association (AIIFA).

Large-scale projects
- Jindal Stainless Limited – 41,580 INR-Crore stainless steel project in Raigad, creating 15,500 jobs.
- Rashmi Metallurgical Industries – 25,000 INR-Crore integrated steel plant in Wardha, with 12,000 jobs.
Mid-scale projects
- NPSPL Advanced Material (Atha Group) – 5,440 INR-Crore lithium battery material and carbon complex in Aurangabad, generating 5,000 jobs.
- Sumedh Tools & Hariom Pipe Industries – 5,135 INR-Crore combined investment in Gadchiroli, employing 5,500 people.
Additional regional projects
- Icon Steel India – 850 INR-Crore project in Chandrapur, creating 1,500 jobs.
- Filtrum Autocomp – 100 INR-Crore auto steel parts plant in Satara, with 1,200 jobs.
- GR Krishna Ferro Alloys – 1,482 INR-Crore investment in Chandrapur, adding 500 jobs.
- Jaydeep Steelwork India – 1,375 INR-Crore ISP project in Nagpur, generating 600 jobs.

The Maharashtra steel conclave also became a platform for reforms. Additionally, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis directed the Urban Development Department to create an AI-based online system for building permissions under a single-window mechanism, simplifying approvals and speeding up development.
