PNC Infratech Ltd has secured a letter of acceptance (LoA) worth an estimated 495.5 INR-Crore from the Bihar State Road Development Corporation (BSRDC). The project involves constructing a high-level bridge and approach road on the Hathouri-Atrar-Bavangama-Aurai Road, covering a total length of 21.3 Km.
Furthermore, awarded under EPC mode, the contract is scheduled for completion within three years. This LoA also demonstrates PNC Infratech Bihar’s commitment to regional connectivity and infrastructure growth.

The contract strengthens the company’s EPC project pipeline and reinforces its focus on delivering high-quality road and bridge projects. The company has also received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for its proposed acquisition of debt-laden Jaiprakash Associates Ltd (JAL), which will expand its footprint into the cement and power sectors.
