Dilip Buildcon wins 1,115 INR-Crore Kerala industrial corridor project as lowest bidder

Dilip Buildcon Ltd (DBL) has been declared the lowest (L-1) bidder for a major industrial corridor project in Kerala, with an estimated cost of 1,115.37 INR-Crore. The project forms part of the extension of the Chennai–Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) to Kochi via Coimbatore.

Dilip Buildcon will execute the EPC contract over 42 months and ensure timely delivery of high-quality infrastructure.. The development will significantly enhance connectivity and industrial growth in Palakkad, supporting the state’s vision of robust industrial corridors.

The project was awarded by Kerala Industrial Corridor Development Corporation. It includes design, construction, testing, commissioning, and further operation of infrastructure at Pudussery Central and Kannambra in Palakkad.
