In a major announcement, Sunteck Realty unveiled its exclusive ultra-luxury, by-invitation-only lifestyle brand, “Emaance”. The brand aims to redefine luxury living with projects estimated at around 20,000 INR-Crore in Mumbai and Dubai over the next 12 months.
The first project under this prestigious brand includes a residence at Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai. Moreover, each home will span 8,000–10,000 SqFt and be priced above 150 INR-Crore, with launch rates starting at 2.5 Lakh per SqFt. Each home will occupy a full floor with double-height duplex layouts and ceilings over 4.5 Meters. Additionally, amenities like grand lobbies, recreational spaces, and parking will be spread across multiple levels. Living units will start from the 16th or 17th floor.

Overall, Kamal Khetan, Chairman and Managing Director of Sunteck Realty, said that Emaance will raise the standard of ultra-luxury living. He added that the company first set this benchmark over a decade ago with Signature Island in Bandra Kurla Complex.
