MahaMetro has teamed up with Kamptee Municipal Council (KMC) to redevelop key public spaces, marking a major step in MahaMetro land development. The partnership, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will follow the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
The redevelopment will focus on two key land parcels. Sukarwari (APMC) Market, spread across 34,702 SqM (8.5 Acres), will be upgraded into a modern commercial hub. Meanwhile, Neelam Lawn, covering 14,976 SqM (3.7 Acres), will become a well-planned public and civic space. These plans will be reviewed by KMC and approved by the Guardian Minister before the project begins.

This partnership is a key step in MahaMetro land development, focusing on sustainable and well-planned urban infrastructure. Maha Metro will lead the project, ensuring high technical standards while following KMC’s procedures.
