Godrej Properties secures MahaRERA approval for Godrej Trilogy in Worli

Godrej Properties has received MahaRERA approval for its new luxury project in Worli, called “Godrej Trilogy”. The development is expected to generate revenue of over 10,000 INR-Crore. It will offer premium residences with elegant designs and modern amenities tailored for upscale urban living.

The project spans 2.63 Acres in Worli, a prime location known for strong connectivity and modern infrastructure. It is part of a joint redevelopment plan and will include three premium towers. Godrej Properties has already secured RERA approvals for two towers in the first phase, covering about 11 Lakh-SqFt. of saleable area. Additionally, Towers Seaturf and Seafront are scheduled for launch in the current quarter. The site, close to the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and Dr. Annie Besant Road, offers expansive sea views and convenient access to major business hubs.
