Bengaluru-based Shriram Properties Limited (SPL) has announced an estimated 700 INR-Crore mixed-use project in Hinjewadi, Pune, under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with a local landowner. Moreover, this marks SPL’s second venture in Pune, following its successful debut in Undri earlier this year.
The development covers an anticipated 0.7 Million-SqFt, including 6.5 Lakh-SqFt of premium apartments with retail and commercial spaces. The upcoming project will feature high-rise homes and a sky clubhouse with city views, leisure zones, and social areas. It is located in Pune’s fast-growing Hinjewadi corridor, offering modern urban living and everyday convenience. The site’s close access to IT and industrial hubs also makes it a smart choice for professionals and investors.
