This move strengthens the brand’s presence in India’s fast-growing hospitality markets and marks another milestone in the Lemon Tree Hotels expansion strategy. The hotels will be developed by RJ Corp Limited under Development Management and License Agreements. Their operations will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Premier Ayodhya will be located in the heritage-rich city and feature around 300 rooms. It will include a multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet and conference halls, and leisure amenities such as a swimming pool and spa. Lemon Tree Premier Guwahati will feature approximately 300 rooms and 50 serviced apartments with kitchenettes, designed to serve both business and leisure travelers. It will also offer modern facilities with convenient access to key city areas. Together, these new hotels mark an important step in strengthening the company’s presence across northern and northeastern India.
