Realty developer M3M has announced plans to invest an estimated 7,200 INR-Crore to build a 150 Acres integrated township in Gurugram. This marks the company’s entry into the township segment. Named “Gurgaon International City (GIC)”, the project is expected to generate 12,000 INR-Crore in revenue. The M3M township will come up along the Dwarka Expressway Link Road. It will feature premium homes, data centers, innovation parks, EV hubs, and retail spaces. Meanwhile, the first phase will cover 50 Acres out of the total 150 Acres site and will include 300 RERA-approved plots. This phase is expected to be completed by March 2027, and the entire township by 2029. Designed as a low-emission hub, the project will include non-polluting industries and advanced manufacturing units to encourage clean and sustainable growth.

This new township shows M3M India’s focus on innovation and forward-looking real estate.
