Naidu lays foundation for industrial projects in Kuppam worth 2,203 INR-Crore

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has launched a major plan to boost industrial growth in Kuppam. He virtually laid the foundation stone for seven new industrial projects in Kuppam with an estimated investment of 2,203 INR-Crore. This move marks a fresh phase of development in the region and will create 22,330 direct jobs.

The Government has allocated 241 Acres of land for these projects. Hindalco plans to invest 586 INR-Crore to set up a skill development and technical training center. Ace International will establish a 525 INR-Crore dairy protein unit, while SVF Soya’s 373 INR-Crore facility will help nearly two lakh farmers. Sreeja Dairy will build a 290 INR-Crore integrated dairy and cattle feed plant to support local dairy farmers. 

Mother Dairy will invest 260 INR-Crore in a juice and pulp unit to benefit fruit growers. e Rayas EV is setting up a 200 INR-Crore electric vehicle manufacturing unit, and ALEAP will develop a 27 INR-Crore women-centric industrial park that will train and employ around 4,000 women. Furthermore, Naidu announced eight more projects worth 6,339 INR-Crore, which are expected to create over 43,000 direct and indirect jobs.

Through these initiatives, the Chief Minister showed his strong commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth. Moreover, along with this, new clusters in battery technology, logistics, and medical devices will boost innovation and job creation. The Kuppam industrial projects are set to strengthen the local economy, empower entrepreneurs, and create new livelihood opportunities for communities across the region.
