The Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (DMIC IITGNL) has floated a global tender to develop a logistics hub. The multi-modal project is estimated to cost 5,881 INR-Crore. It aims to position Greater Noida as a major logistics and manufacturing hub in the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. The project will follow a Public-Private Partnership under the DBFOT model, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

The Greater Noida logistics hub will span about 311 Hectaers (Ha) in Dadri, near the junction of the Eastern and Dedicated Freight Corridors. Its proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport will enable quick transfer of goods between rail and air cargo systems. The project will be developed in three phases. In the first phase, the hub will handle 0.74 Million TEUs of containerized cargo and 6.7 Million-Tonnes of non-containerized freight annually. It will feature 3 Million-SqFt of warehousing and 0.3 Million-SqFt of cold storage, expandable to 12.5 Million-SqFt and 1.2 Million-SqFt, respectively.
