Artificial Electronics Intelligent Material Ltd (AEIM) has announced an estimated investment of 10,000 INR-Crore to set up a cutting-edge semiconductor materials facility in Raipur. The new Semicon Plant is a key part of the growing Raipur ecosystem and will focus on producing sapphire ingots, wafers, and next-generation electronic substrates.
Moving forward, AEIM has received an anticipated 11.28 Acres of industrial land in Kosala Industrial Park, Nava Raipur, from Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA) for the new facility. Additionally, the construction will begin immediately, supported by advanced post-tensioned slab technology to speed up development. The first phase is targeted for completion by May 2026. Commercial production is expected to begin in Q3 FY2026.
