NBCC bags 642.82 INR-Crore Tulsi Niketan redevelopment in Ghaziabad

National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC) is set to transform the Tulsi Niketan Scheme Area in Ghaziabad. The redevelopment project is estimated at 642.82 INR-Crore. The MoU for this ambitious plan was signed between Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, IAS, Secretary, GDA, and Shri Pradeep Sharma, Executive Director, NBCC. The agreement further marks a major step in sustainable urban transformation and highlights the company’s commitment to modern, self-sufficient residential development.

The Tulsi Niketan Scheme Area spans an anticipated 78,000 SqM and comprises approximately 2,300 residential units and 64 shops. Additionally, NBCC will begin with a detailed feasibility study. Meanwhile, Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) will provide land documents, site details, and administrative support. Once the feasibility is approved, NBCC will manage the entire redevelopment as the implementing agency. It will handle planning, design, construction, financial oversight, marketing, and resettlement of existing occupants.

Furthermore, this redevelopment will transform Tulsi Niketan in Ghaziabad into a modern, well-planned, and sustainable residential complex. With structured resettlement and transparent fund management, NBCC is strengthening its presence in Ghaziabad and delivering world-class infrastructure. This initiative also aims to improve the standard of living for residents.
