Kalpataru One, Worli by Kalpataru Limited in Mumbai represents a premium mixed-use development redefining luxury living. Spread across an anticipated 5 Acres of land, the project carries an estimated construction cost of *1,500+ INR-Crore. It also encompasses a substantial construction area of *2+ Million-SqFt.
Kalpataru One, Worli comprises two residential towers, with the broader master plan indicating scope for additional residential and commercial towers in subsequent phases. The towers are designed with a strong emphasis on vertical luxury and exclusivity. Residential Tower A will have 60 upper floors, while Tower B will have 37 upper floors. With only two residences per floor, the Grand 4 and 5-bed residencies are planned to ensure privacy and spacious layouts. The project will also offer over 30 ultra-luxury amenities. These include multiple swimming pools across Ecodeck and Skylevel, a banquet hall, a sky lounge, a racquet club, and a grand clubhouse. Additionally, it will include a squash court, yoga room, lounge bar, spa and salon, and badminton court, among others.
HB Design, Singapore, serves as the design architect for this project, while COEN Design Singapore leads the landscape design strategy. Gokani Consultants functions as the structural engineer. Furthermore, SEED Consulting (UAE) has been appointed as the MEP consultant, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the development.
