Construction will begin on Phase 1 of the Indore–Pithampur Economic Corridor, marking the on-ground rollout of the project. The work covers a 19.60 Km infrastructure stretch between Indore and Pithampur in Madhya Pradesh. The first phase will have an estimated investment of over 250 INR-Crore. The overall cost is estimated at 2,500 INR-Crore.
Phase 1 will include the development of road networks and connectivity to the Super Corridor, drainage systems, and electricity facilities. Additionally, an industrial zone will be developed within a 3 Km to 5 Km stretch on both sides of the corridor.

Further, the project includes residential and commercial development within the influence area. These components will support the planned industrial expansion along the corridor. The Indore–Pithampur corridor investment will ease freight movement and reduce travel time between Indore and Pithampur.
