Juniper Hotels Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for the development of a 5-Star hotel in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi. The company received the award on Monday, March 2, after being declared the successful bidder. The Juniper Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi, involves license rights for a land parcel.
The project will span an anticipated 2.524 Acres land parcel. Notably, the LoA will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. During this period, the company will execute the lease agreement. The proposed development will feature approximately 500 keys. Additionally, the company will develop food and beverage outlets, banqueting facilities and commercial space. With this addition, Juniper Hotels Limited will expand its total inventory in the NCR region to over 1,000 keys.

The site is located near Yashobhoomi, India International Convention and Expo Center and Delhi International Airport. Juniper Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi, expands the company’s footprint in the National Capital Region. It also signals continued large-format hospitality investment in key metro corridors.
