Vascon Engineers secures 116 INR-Crore contract for Lotus Park development in Ahmedabad

Vascon Engineers Ltd has secured a contract valued at an estimated 115.9 INR-Crore for the Lotus Park development project in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company announced the contract award on Wednesday, March 11. The project will involve the construction of residential infrastructure as part of a larger real estate development in the city.

The Lotus Park development project will be built on approximately 54,000 SqFt of land. Vascon Engineers will undertake civil construction and associated development works across the site. Furthermore, the scope includes residential buildings along with supporting infrastructure and utilities required for the development. The company expects to complete the project in 24 months.
