Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has launched the Kanjurmarg housing project in Mumbai. The project spans about 25.47 Acres and has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around 3,000 INR-Crore. The development is located on LBS Marg in Kanjurmarg and marks a major residential launch in the central suburbs.
The project is planned as a mixed-use development under the name ‘Mahindra Rainforest’. The company has launched the first two phases of the project. It will be developed as an integrated lifestyle destination with residential components and supporting infrastructure. However, details on unit mix and built-up area have not been disclosed.

Once completed, the Kanjurmarg housing project will add significant residential supply in Mumbai’s central suburbs. It will also support planned urban development along the LBS Marg corridor. Additionally, the project is will contribute to long-term real estate growth in the Kanjurmarg micro-market.
