Paranjape Schemes Construction Ltd has announced an investment of an estimated 700 INR-Crore for new Pune housing projects. The company confirmed the plan on Friday, March 20. The projects will be developed across Pune West as part of its residential expansion strategy.
The development will include around 1,400 residential units across multiple projects. The total development potential exceeds 1.75 Million-SqFt. The projects will be located in key micro-markets such as Sinhgad Road, Bhugaon, and Hinjewadi Phase 1. These locations offer strong connectivity to employment hubs and urban infrastructure. The investment will cover both land acquisition and construction costs.

Once completed, the Pune housing projects will add significant residential supply in the western corridor. The developments will also support urban expansion in emerging micro-markets. Additionally, they will strengthen housing availability in Pune’s growing real estate sector.
