NBCC India Limited will develop the Rajasthan Mandapam project in Jaipur with an estimated cost of 5,800 INR-Crore. The project was announced on Thursday, March 19. It will be developed near Jaipur International Airport by RIICO, with NBCC as the executing agency.
The project will be developed on an anticipated 90 Acres with a total built-up area exceeding 94.53 Lakh-SqFt. The master plan includes a convention center, expo halls, IT/ITES spaces, hotels, retail facilities, housing, and a museum. It will also feature a fintech plaza and public infrastructure components. The project will be implemented under a self-financing model, with tenders expected in April 2026.

Once completed, the Rajasthan Mandapam project will create a large-scale mixed-use infrastructure hub in Jaipur. It will also strengthen business, tourism, and commercial activity near the airport. Additionally, the development will support long-term urban growth in the region.
