PNC Infratech emerges as L1 bidder for 3,483 INR-Crore NHAI highway projects

PNC Infratech Ltd has emerged as the lowest bidder for the NHAI highway projects in Uttar Pradesh. The projects carry a combined bid value of an estimated 3,483 INR-Crore, excluding GST. National Highways Authority of India opened the financial bids on Tuesday, April 21. Both projects fall under the NH-927 section and will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).

The scope includes construction of two 4-lane highway stretches in Uttar Pradesh. The first stretch will connect Barabanki to Mustafabad with a bid value of 1,728 INR-Crore. The second stretch will connect Mustafabad to Biswariya with a bid value of 1,755 INR-Crore. Both projects will be developed under the NH (O) scheme. Additionally, each project has an execution timeline of 24 months.

These highway developments will strengthen regional road connectivity in Uttar Pradesh. They will also support faster movement of goods and passenger traffic along the NH-927 corridor. The PNC NHAI highway projects will contribute to ongoing national highway expansion under the HAM framework.
