The Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed the Lemon Tree Hotel Bhubaneswar project in Odisha. The company announced the signing on Friday, May 15. The upcoming property will mark the group’s third hotel in the city and will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The hotel will feature 50 rooms designed for business and leisure travellers. Additionally, the property will include a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting room, swimming pool, spa and fitness center. The hotel is located around 5.4 Km from Biju Patnaik International Airport and about 3.2 Km from Bhubaneswar Railway Station. The development aims to cater to year-round travel demand in the city.

The Lemon Tree Hotel Bhubaneswar project will strengthen the company’s hospitality footprint in Eastern India. It will also support growing business and leisure travel demand in Bhubaneswar, driven by expanding urban and infrastructure development.
