Oberoi Realty launches 6,000 INR-Crore ultra-luxury residential project in Gurugram

Oberoi Realty has entered the Delhi-NCR market with the launch of Three Sixty North, its first ultra-luxury residential development in Gurugram, Haryana. The project entails an investment of approximately 6,000 INR-Crore across two phases. It is located on an anticipated 14.8 Acres site along Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 58. According to the company, the project has an estimated revenue potential of 16,000 INR-Crore.

The Oberoi Realty Gurugram project will offer a total saleable area of nearly 4.5 Million-SqFt. The master plan comprises seven residential towers, landscaped gardens, a clubhouse and premium lifestyle amenities. Phase 1 includes 432 residences across six towers. It offers 3 BHK + Studio, 4 BHK + Studio, duplex and penthouse configurations. The saleable area ranges from approximately 5,500 SqFt to over 13,000 SqFt. The seventh tower will be launched as part of Phase 2.

The Oberoi Realty Gurugram project marks the company’s expansion beyond the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Additionally, the development will add large-scale ultra-luxury residential inventory to Golf Course Extension Road. The project is also expected to strengthen high-end residential development in one of Gurugram’s established real estate corridors.
