Gillco Group to invest 800 INR-Crore in 12-Acre luxury housing project in Mohali

Gillco Group has announced an estimated investment of 800 INR-Crore to develop Gillco Meraqui, a luxury residential project in Mohali. The development will come up on an anticipated 12-Acre land parcel along PR-7 Airport Road. The project marks the company’s strategic shift towards premium and luxury housing in the Tricity region.

Gillco Meraqui Mohali will comprise 444 luxury apartments across six residential towers. The project will offer 3+1 and 4+1 BHK residences with a saleable area of approximately 16.23 Lakh-SqFt and a total built-up area of around 22 Lakh-SqFt, including basements. The company has initially launched 250 apartments for sale and plans to invest around 400–450 INR-Crore in the first phase. Morphogenesis has been appointed as the project architect, while Essajees Atelier will serve as the interior design consultant. The project is expected to be completed within four years.

Once completed, Gillco Meraqui Mohali will strengthen the luxury residential market in Mohali. It will also support premium housing development along the Airport Road corridor and expand Gillco Group’s presence in the region.
