Kirby Building System and Structures India, a subsidiary of Kuwait-based Alghanim Industries has started work for a new manufacturing facility at Manapparai SIPCOT industrial park in Trichy. The manufacturing facility will be set up on an anticipated 33 Acres. The estimated cost of this facility is 239.5 INR-Crore.
Kirby Building System will add a new manufacturing capacity to the PEB sector in Tamil Nadu. It also forms part of the growing industrial activity at Manapparai SIPCOT, supported by the region’s engineering and skill-development ecosystem.

Manapparai has access to many engineering, welding, ITI educational and skill development institutions in Trichy. With investments from other MNCs in the PEB sector expected, the development comes amid growing manufacturing activity and capacity expansion in India’s pre-engineered steel building industry.
