Elan commenced construction activities in 2026 and plans to complete the development by 2030.
The project comprises five residential towers (Wings A & B), along with an EWS Tower. Planned as a premium residential community, the development will offer luxury apartments supported by a wide range of lifestyle and recreational facilities. Residents will have access to a clubhouse, gymnasium, jogging track, landscaped parks, mini theater, gaming zone, billiards room, skating rink, squash court, golf putting area, and dedicated community spaces. The gated development will further incorporate landscaped open areas, pedestrian-friendly zones, security infrastructure, and supporting utility facilities.
Meanwhile, Gian P Mathur & Associates Private Limited has been appointed as the design architect for the project. Additionally, Tata Projects Limited is executing the development as the general turnkey contractor.
Recent Updates:
The project is currently under construction with substructure works in progress. As of June 2026, excavation activities are underway across the site as the developer advances the initial phase of construction.
