The Lucknow Development Authority has approved the Indira Nagar redevelopment project at an estimated cost of 110 INR-Crore in Lucknow. Authorities approved the proposal during a recent board meeting chaired by senior officials. The project aims to modernize ageing commercial infrastructure in the area.
The redevelopment will involve demolition of the existing deteriorated structure and construction of a new commercial complex. The proposed development will include modern retail and commercial spaces along with upgraded civic infrastructure. Authorities plan to redesign the facility with improved structural systems, circulation areas and parking infrastructure.

Once completed, the Indira Nagar redevelopment project is expected to improve commercial infrastructure and support urban renewal in the locality. The project will also support organised commercial activity and infrastructure renewal in Lucknow.
