The 5-star hotel project has been approved for development in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, with an estimated investment of 100 INR-Crore. Ravipriya Hospitalities LLP will develop the project under the Radisson brand. The State Level Investment Promotion Board approved the proposal on March 28, 2026.
The project will feature a 5-star hotel with 148 rooms near Chadalawada in Ongole. It will include banquet halls, conference facilities, restaurants, and wellness amenities. Additionally, the development will incorporate supporting infrastructure such as electrical systems, plumbing networks, and service facilities. The State Government will provide incentives under the Tourism Policy 2024–29, including benefits on capital investment, stamp duty, and electricity charges.

Once operational, the Ongole 5-star hotel project is expected to generate around 300 employment opportunities. It will also strengthen hospitality infrastructure in the region. The project will support tourism growth and enhance Ongole’s position as an emerging urban center in Andhra Pradesh.
