Prestige Estate Projects Limited launched its new residential development, Prestige Palm Court, in Madhavaram, North Chennai. The project spans across 7.98 Acres on the Grand Northern Trunk (GNT) Road. This project plans to offer 910 premium apartments distributed across five towers, including ground plus 22 floors along with two basement levels for each tower.
The complete development of the saleable area accounts for an estimated area of 1.38 Million-SqFt. The apartments offer 1, 2 and 3 BHK unit types, with saleable areas starting from 641 SqFt-1,827 SqFt. As of June 2026, Prestige Group has delivered 319 projects covering 216 Million-SqFt, having a pipeline of 139 projects within 247.16 Million-SqFt.
