Prestige Estates launches phase 2 of Mulund residential project with 2,200 INR-Crore GDV

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has launched Phase 2 of ‘Prestige Forest Hills’ at The Prestige City in Mulund, Mumbai. The newly launched phase has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of 2,200 INR-Crore. The project forms part of the company’s integrated township in Mulund West. Prestige Estates had launched Phase 1 of Prestige Forest Hills in August 2024.

Prestige Forest Hills Phase 2 comprises part of Tower C and the entire Tower D. The phase will offer 500 residential units, including 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. Apartment sizes range from 946 SqFt to 2,643 SqFt of RERA carpet area. The development spans approximately 1.7 Million-SqFt of developable area. The project is located at the foothills of Yogi Hills and offers forest-facing views. Prestige Forest Hills forms part of The Prestige City, a 32-Acre integrated township. The township includes proposed residential, retail, commercial, educational, healthcare and social infrastructure. The Prestige Forest Hills development itself is spread across approximately 6.5 Acres and comprises four high-rise towers.

The Prestige Forest Hills Phase 2 launch further expands Prestige Estates’ residential portfolio in Mumbai. Additionally, the integrated township is expected to strengthen mixed-use development in Mulund West. The project also adds new housing inventory within a large-scale urban development supported by commercial and social infrastructure.
