Signature Global to invest 2,891 INR-Crore in Gurugram

Signature Global has announced the Gurugram residential project in partnership with Tonino Lamborghini in Sector 71, Gurugram. The company will invest an estimated 2,891 INR-Crore to develop branded residences. The project was announced in April 2026 as part of the company’s premium housing expansion strategy.

The project will be developed along the Southern Peripheral Road and will span approximately 12.40 Acres. It will comprise 812 luxury apartments in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations. The development will have an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of about 4,000 INR-Crore. Additionally, the project will feature high-rise residential towers with branded interiors and luxury specifications. It will include clubhouse facilities, landscaped areas and lifestyle amenities. However, the company has not yet disclosed pricing details and will announce them at the official launch.

Once completed, the Gurugram residential project will strengthen the premium residential segment in Gurugram. It will also attract high-value investments and support demand for branded housing in the NCR region.
