Hines, a US-based real estate investment manager, has partnered with Kanakia Group to develop an estimated 3,000 INR-Crore commercial office project near Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai.
Covering approximately 1.5 Million-SqFt on a 3 Acres site, the project includes 12 upper floors and seven basements. It aims to deliver premium office spaces in Mumbai’s bustling business hub. Additionally, Hines and the Kanakia Group have partnered with Japanese firms, including Sumitomo Corporation and Mitsubishi Estate.
