Pioneer Urban Land & Infrastructure plans to invest an estimated 3,500 INR-Crore in ‘Alura’, Gurugram. It is an ultra-luxury serviced residence project and will be located in Sector 62, Golf Extension Road.
Alura will spread across an anticipated 6.99 Acres in Gurugram. It will have an overall development potential of around 3.4 Million-SqFt. Additionally, the project will comprise approximately 250 residences across two towers. Homes will range from an anticipated 7,000 SqFt to 15,000 SqFt of super-built-up area. Meanwhile, select penthouses will span over an anticipated 18,000 SqFt.

Furthermore, Alura will add to Pioneer Urban’s construction portfolio in Gurugram, along with its other ongoing projects. The company plans to launch around 30-35 Lakh-SqFt of projects over the next 12 months. Moreover, the company is planning a project in Vrindavan, including residential, retail, and senior living components.
