Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary, on Thursday, June 5, laid the foundation stone for “Bonus Capital Heights”. Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has approved this residential township in Khagaul, Patna.
Spread across 14 Acres, Bonus Capital Heights is being developed by Venus Star Construction Pvt Ltd. The project features 10 high-rise towers with 1,100 flats. Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, the township will maintain 85% open and green spaces. This further ensures a balance between urban living and environmental sustainability.

The project is slated for completion by January 2030. With Bonus Capital Heights, Patna moves closer to modern residential infrastructure, reinforcing its urban development goals.
