Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels (ASPHL) has announced the signing of two landmark hotel management agreements (HMA). In this, the company will launch ‘The Park Jaipur’, a joint venture with the Goyal Group. Additionally, it will introduce its upper mid-scale brand ‘Zone by The Park’ in Govardhan, UP.
The Park Jaipur, a 150-key hotel, will be located in Kukas. It will spread across an anticipated 18,000 SqM. Furthermore, it will feature a wedding and conference destination, a wellness center, along with its signature food and beverage brand.

Zone by The Park, located in Govardhan, Uttar Pradesh, will feature 75 well-designed rooms. Additionally, it will offer amenities like spacious banquet halls, a signature pool, all-day dining, and ‘Playa: Vitalia Spa’. This hotel is strategically located in proximity to major pilgrimage sites.
